“The Ottawa Sportspage has been truly blessed to work with Steve over a number of years. From major international multi-sport event Games down to school gyms, Steve delivers compelling shots no matter the venue thanks to his skills and creativity.
Steve’s shot of Melissa Bishop crossing the finish line to win her first major international title provided an iconic, lasting memory of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games for many. Reflecting on it later, Melissa said she had a tough time describing the emotion she felt at that moment, but if you look at the photo (see third picture above) at her expression, you can tell exactly how she felt.
We’ve heard similar comments from community members at lower levels of sport about how his shots captured moments that were exceptionally special for them as well. Steve is a consummate professional and has a friendly demeanour that makes it easy and fun to work with him. He holds himself to exceptionally high standards and constantly strives to even further improve his work. Steve has provided a tremendous lift to our organization.”
